Judge Jean Serge Joseph Dies while Investigating First Lady Sophia

Judge Jean Serge Joseph has died from a stroke it was recently learned. Before his death, the Martelly-Lamothe administration had pressured him to stop investigating First Lady Sophia on charges of misappropriating government funds for personal use.

His death is timely in that continuing to pursue the First Lady he ran the risk of being assassinated by Martelly-Lamothe operatives.
