Ex-dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier, who died of a heart attack, came to power after his father Francois' death. Jean-Claude was an oppressive ruler like Francois, which led to Jean-Claude's overthrow in 1986.
He lived in France for the next 25 years, wanting to return to Haiti. Finally President Preval gave his approval, but Jean-Claude would have to face justice for his crimes against humanity. He returned in 2011 and appeared in court, but there was not enough of a case against him.

Judge Lamarre Belizaire and Jean Bertrand Aristide
As this picture illustrates here, it seems that Former Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide is making Judge Lamarre Belizaire having a double vision. Others will say that he is obsessed with the Haitian Leader.
Within the past two Months, the Judge has issued a total of 5 Court Orders in an attempt to bring the Lavalas leader to Court to respond to some heavy accusations against him. However, all these Court Orders have not been able to be executed
Finally, I would recommend the Judge himself carry his orders by going to the home of Jean Bertrand Aristide and take him to jail

Will Haitian Government Risk Adjusting Fuel Prices?
Beginning in January 2010 Haiti stopped adjusting fuel prices fearing economic instability. Instead it subsidized fuel increases.
Haiti is increasing its deficit by selling fuel to the Dominican Republican (DR) at 20% per gallon less than what the DR pays for its own fuel.
The government of Haiti cannot continue to let the deficit climb, but it is reluctant to adjust fuel prices because it will cause social unrest and rouse the opposition.
MOPOD, no consultation but negotiation on all the points with Michel Martelly
Opposition Outrageous Demands Preclude Meeting
The Patriotic Movement of the Democratic Opposition (MOPOD) is refusing to sit down with President Martelly and work out issues concerning the Provisional Electoral Council and early general elections. MOPOD wants an increasing political agenda to be acceded to before it will hold discussions, or it will ask for Martelly's resignation.
MOPOD is mobilizing nationally to force the Martelly-Lamothe government to meet its demands, or else it will ask Martelly to leave the country. Opposition G6 Senators however are open to a dialogue with Martelly.
