Gaillot Dorsinvil hits with Interdiction by  Minister of Interior, Thierry Mayard-Paul

The Minister of Interior in Haiti imposed an interdiction of Depart to Gaillot Dorsinvil. by calling authorities at Toussaint Louverture Airport to block the American Airlines plane that was leaving

President of the Provisional Electoral Council in Haiti Gaillot Dorsinvil was forced to leave the plane, returning to the runway, get back to the airport.
